Miami is Too Hot This Time of Year

The Heat is too much to take!

If you can’t take the Heat, stay out of the key-chen.

It seems that it would have been good advice to people coming from the midwest to beware of the extreme Heat. When you are used to a climate more comfortable to play in, you have to learn to pace yourselves when playing in the Heat. You need to be good Pacers, and Indiana obviously was not last night.

Hats off to the Heat for their 105-93 series clincher in Indiana. Whatever else anyone has to say about Miami, there is no denying that they showed up big time once again and proved their power. The Pacers may have let down their guard somewhat (or their guards let them down – whatever), but the fact is it was all Miami for Thursday night’s game.

Now let’s see if the Heat burns as brightly with whoever their Eastern Conference rivals turn out to be!

I would like to commend Sports Debaters for correctly predicting that the Heat and Pacers series would go to 6 games. Looking forward to your predictions related to their next opponent. Since I will be in Philly next week it would kind of be fun to have them face that team but it would probably be a more exciting play off if they face the Celtics.

  2. You can’t ask for too much more out of a 2nd round series. I guess I could ask for a Heat loss but at least we got a series that was close. We got some good games out of it and the Pacers put the Heat to the test. The Heat deserved this series and it’s just amazing to watch the amazing abilities of Lebron James and Dwayne Wade. They did it without Chris Bosh and did it handily after game 3. It’s going to be interesting to see who they face in the NBA finals, yes, NBA finals. Also, you think you could check out my blog cuz I really want to know what you have to say
